Welcome to Cliff's Edge Inn

Nestled in the shadow of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, we invite you to experience the natural beauty and restful hospitality of Wet Mountain Valley from the comfort of our Westcliffe Bed & Breakfast.

We are very sorry, but due to unforeseen events and circumstances, we are temporarily closing Cliff’s Edge Inn to new reservations.  Our apologies for any inconvenience this creates.  Please consider staying at one of the other fine B & B’s in Westcliffe – we recommend The Lamp Post Lodge or the Courtyard Country Inn.

The History

Cliff’s Edge Inn (formerly Over the Brim Inn) is a peaceful way station in the town of Westcliffe, Colorado. The building was originally constructed in 1880 as the train station for Westcliffe's narrow gauge railroad. Since then it has been a railway section house, a family residence, and since 2010 has functioned as an Inn.

The Setting

Our Westcliffe Bed & Breakfast is located in the beautiful Wet Mountain Valley, under the towering Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Westcliffe offers a lovely setting for a weekend away or an artist's retreat: here on the edge of town we are walking distance from the local amenities and character, from funky shops to live music venues. We invite you to come and explore.
